Exploring the West Village and Dinner in Little Italy1 min read

Hello again!
 .
After returning from D.C., it was time to continue exploring what New York has to offer.

On one sunny Sunday afternoon before I had to meet up for one of the many group projects I had to do, the two Alex’s and I set off on a mission to find Carrie Bradshaw’s house. It was such a beautiful day. We strolled through the West Village and watched on as people ate their Sunday brunches to cure their hangovers from the night before! It was nice to see families out walking their dogs – this isn’t a usual occurrence in the FiDi! The atmosphere was just perfect. We made it to number 66 Perry Street, which was located in a very quaint little neighbourhood. There was a constant stream of SATC fans who stopped by to get a picture with the famous residence, just like us. It is such a beautiful brownstone house – classic West Village. It’s only worth $10 million – a girl can dream, right!?

I met up with the girls again after my meeting and we decided to go back to one of our favourite restaurants, Rubirosa, in Little Italy for dinner. They do delicious pizzas and I highly recommend you go there if you are ever in NYC. But be sure to book in advance or else be prepared for a long wait! It’s a popular place.

Until the next post,

Yes, the West Village is the cutest! I love it so much. And I don't normally like pasta, but if it's from Little Italy it's always amazing and fresh.

Seems like our blogs have similar content. I'm following you!

There is so much to do in NY! I lived there for just over four months and I didn't get to see half the city! Yeah, I highly recommend putting the West Village on your list. It is such a pretty area.
